Rev. Col. Byron E. Martin
NDR Director

Col. Martin has been working with the Disaster Relief efforts since 2004 and was made the Director of the efforts in July 2007 when the American Rescue Workers, under the leadership of Gen. Claude S. Astin, Jr., chose to make it's disaster efforts a national entity. The National Disaster Response efforts are run out of the Washington, D.C. Corps where Col. Martin is the Commanding Officer. However, it is under the authority of the National Organization, led by Gen. Astin.

Rev. Danny Moore
NDR Field Operations Director

Rev. Moore recently came on staff in March 2008 to work as our Field Operations Director. Rev. Moore is quite familiar with disaster relief efforts as he has led numerous teams for several years to help in efforts to feed thousands of victims, and to perform emergency repairs to areas hit hard by hurricanes and floods.

Gen. Claude S. Astin, Jr.
National Headquarters Commander in Chief

Gen. Astin has been directing the efforts of the American Rescue Workers since taking the office of Commander in Chief in 1996. Seeing the need to respond to national disasters, he has encouraged Col. Martin in the development of this team. More information on the A.R.W. National Headquarters can be found on www.arwus.com.
