What is the Dirty 30?

Based on the scripture in GOD's word that tells the story of the Good Samaritan, we believe that just telling someone that you care for them is not enough. Like the good Samaritan who reached down into the dirt, mud and blood to help the victim of a vicious beating, we too must be prepared to get dirty by helping others where their needs are greatest.

Sometimes the job requires us to serve in a food line giving out food and water. Sometimes it is clearing the fallen trees, pumping water out of the basement, covering a damaged roof with tarps, helping in search and rescue or helping to rebuild homes of victims left homeless. All of this requires more than telling someone in need that you are praying for them.

Lt. Tory D. Shaw is one of our charter members who went with us on our first trip and has been faithful to God's calling in his talents ever since. We are thankful for men and women who share this desire to help others in their greatest time of need and are looking for more Christians who feel that God is calling them to this much needed ministry.

If you think you may be interested in taking on the ministry of the Dirty 30, please contact Rev. Danny Moore with your heartfelt interest in this outreach ministry. You may contact him by phone or email.
